- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Should have attended the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
- Physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment.
