We are seeking an organized, proactive, and trilingual Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our facility on Biyagama Road, Kelaniya.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who can quickly adapt to our processes and efficiently handle digital inventory management using our ERP software. Because you will be interacting with a diverse team, suppliers, and transport partners, the ability to communicate fluently in Sinhala, Tamil, and English is highly valued.

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & ERP Management: Accurately record all incoming shipments, stock movements, and outgoing dispatches in the company’s ERP system. Maintain real-time stock accuracy.
- Documentation: Prepare, verify, and maintain essential warehouse documents including Goods Received Notes (GRN), delivery orders, packing lists, and stock gate passes.
- Operations Coordination: Oversee the safe loading, unloading, and orderly storage of raw materials and finished goods according to safety and space-optimization standards.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact between warehouse staff, logistics teams, and suppliers. Clear communication across all parties is essential.
- Stock Audits: Participate in regular physical stock counts and reconciliations against ERP data to minimize variances.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively (both spoken and basic written/reading) in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
- Technical Skills: Prior hands-on experience using ERP software. Strong computer literacy is a must.
- Adaptability: A proven track record as a quick learner who can grasp new product lines, technical specifications, and operational workflows rapidly.
- Experience: 6 months - 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, stores management, or inventory control.
- Location Advantage: Proximity to Kelaniya, Biyagama, or surrounding areas is highly preferred.
