Supervisor - Fleet Management | Rajagiriya
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and results oriented individual to assume the role of Supervisor - Fleet Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet management operations and ensure smooth vehicle utilization.
- Prepare and maintain fleet performance reports, utilization reports, fuel consumption reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor vehicle movement, allocation, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance schedules, and inspections.
- Connect with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely submission of operational and management reports.
Requirements
- Technician Diploma in Motor vehicle systems or Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 01-year experience as a supervisor/Advisor is an added advantage.
- Strong experience in preparing and analyzing reports using MS Excel and fleet management systems.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle yard operations, fleet scheduling, and vehicle maintenance processes.
