Sales Supervisor
ONLINEKADE LK (PVT) LTD is looking for an energetic and responsible Sales Supervisor to manage daily store operations, supervise staff, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the sales team daily
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and store opening procedures
- Maintain proper product displays and stock replenishment
- Coordinate inventory checks, expiry monitoring, and stock updates
- Oversee cashier operations and payment handling
- Process online orders accurately and on time
- Maintain cleanliness and overall store standards
- Support sales targets and promotional activities
- Train new staff and ensure company policies are followed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Positive attitude and passion for teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Age between 18–30 years
- G.C.E O/L or higher educational qualification
- Willing to work in roster basis
