Student Recruitment Executive

About the Role:
As a Student Recruitment Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through course selection and the enrollment process while achieving individual sales targets. This is a dynamic, people-facing role at the intersection of education and sales.
What You'll Do:
- Counsel prospective students on available programmes and admission processes.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by helping students find the right fit.
- Follow up with leads to drive successful registrations.
- Represent CIC at recruitment events, education fairs, and school visits.
- Work towards and achieve individual sales targets.
Who We're Looking For:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or student recruitment.
- Organized, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
