Senior Executive - Customer Services & Demand Planning

As part of the pharmaceutical distribution network of Hemas Pharmaceuticals, we play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable movement of healthcare products across the country. We are currently seeking a Senior Executive - Customer Services & Demand Planning to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operations including order processing, invoicing, delivery tracking, POD collection, and returns management.
- Coordinate closely with sales, administration, and distribution teams to ensure seamless and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accuracy of stock records and system updates.
- Analyze sales trends to support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and operational decision-making.
- Manage returns processing and monitor COD settlements, escalating delays in payments when required.
- Lead and develop Customer Service team members while preparing operational reports, dashboards, and supporting ERP/SFA improvements, audits, and process enhancements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, inventory management, or distribution operations.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with advanced MS Excel, ERP systems, and Sales Force Automation (SFA) experience, along with solid knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Ability to work in structured operational environments with exposure to reporting, coordination, and process-driven execution.
