Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on local market targeting.
- Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube), including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results within allocated spend.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling creative adds and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and audience targeting strategies.
- Track KPIs and compile performance reports using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads & Instagram Campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and a proactive problem-solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, Sinhala & English.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with retargeting strategies and custom audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO basics and organic social media strategy.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
