Digital Marketing Executive (Full Time) | Colombo 05

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content videos, reels, graphics, and social posts including short
- Write compelling video scripts for marketing campaigns, promotional content, and social media videos
- Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and audience insights to keep content fresh and relevant
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction across all channels
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and admissions teams to align campaigns with brand and recruitment goals
- Support offline marketing initiatives through digital promotion when required
- Research competitor activities and market trends to recommend improvements
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms & content performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva)
- Experience managing Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns
- Ability to write creative and engaging video scripts
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Confidence in front of the camera is an added advantage
