Corporate Trainer

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Design and develop curriculum in related to corporate training
- Interact and engage with the audience
- Identifying training needs
- Assist in planning and implementing training programs
- Works with key stakeholders to identify measures of success for training and evaluate short and long term effectiveness of the training program
- Evaluates new sales employees to ensure the quality and effectiveness of sales training programs
- Designs, updates and supports implementation of programs to improve performance and efficiency
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Training and Development
- Degree preferred related to training and development
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong Trilingual command will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with identifying learning needs and developing learning initiatives
- Self-motivated/Ambitious
- Being open minded and willing to adapt
