WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years' experience in airline ticketing
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS
- IATA qualification or any related course will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills (English & Sinhala)
- Ability to work in Australian time frame
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A passion for travel and customer service excellence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue, Reissue and Refund airline tickets
- Handle reservations, fare quotes & ticketing
- Manage bookings and provide accurate travel solutions
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
