YOU WILL,
- Assist in designing and developing new mechanical components and production systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze and enhance existing machinery for improved efficiency.
- Support the installation and testing of newly designed equipment on production lines.
- Work closely with the quality team to enhance first-time quality by optimizing production capabilities.
- Contribute to TPM projects to achieve production goals.
- Develop worksheets and oversee cost-saving initiatives.
- Initiate and implement Kaizen projects for problem-solving and innovative solutions.
ARE YOU?
- Undergraduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering).
- Proficient in Power BI, CAD software, MS Excel, and other MS applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
