We're excited to invite a motivated individual to kick-start their HR career with us! As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting HR operations within a factory environment, while serving as an essential part of our HR team's daily activities. You will also acquire valuable insights into core HR functions, employee engagement, and development programs tailored to a dynamic manufacturing setting.
What we are looking for:
- An Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or CQHRM Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, positive approach, fast learner, and a keen interest in the field of HR.
- Sinhala typing skills are preferred.
