Field Service Assistant - Regional Service Center | Vavuniya

The position will be responsible for well-ordered field service and repair operation and support regional service manager to achieve company KPIs. Support service franchise agents to improve technical and system knowledge, get the required spare parts and timely make the payments to run smooth operation in the region.
Personal Profile
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary level and G.C.E Advanced level examinations.
- Diploma in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
- 3-5 years experience in similar capacity and knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
- Working knowledge on ERP/SFAS/ Powerbase.
- Fluency in Tamila and Sinhala (English Preferable)
- Age below 35 years.
Job Profile
- Coordinate field repairs, installations, and deliveries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve service-related inquiries and complaints; issue replacements or trade-in discounts where required.
- Support and monitor service franchise agents (SFAs) for technical needs, spare parts, and policy adherence.
- Maintain accurate data in SFAS and verify invoices for timely payments.
- Ensure timely settlement of SFA bills with 100% accuracy through field verification.
