Junior Executive - Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to strengthen our people management practices and support our continued growth. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage key HR functions, ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies and contribute to employee engagement, development, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the overall recruitment, selection and on-boarding process for employees across all levels.
- Administer the HRIS and support payroll-related activities.
- Identify training needs and assist in planning and implementing training and development programs.
- Coordinate the performance evaluation process to support management decisions on employee rewards and development.
- Prepare analytical and management reports and documentation as required by management.
- Assist in employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary procedures, engagement initiatives and the off-boarding process.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Laws, Company Policies and Social Accountability Standards.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM / CQHRM or an equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and social compliance standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities.
