Senior Executive - Master Data Processing
Location: SPAR SL (PRIVATE) LIMITED
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and update product and supplier master data within company systems.
- Process product code activations, deactivations, and data amendments for fresh and dry goods.
- Create new supplier and product records and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Activate promotions in the system after verifying pricing and discount details against approved marketing communications.
- Prepare and process monthly reports, sales reports, and new listing data accurately and on time.
- Review promotion claim reports and support timely submission of price reduction details to Finance.
- Participate in New Product Committee meetings and maintain accurate records and meeting minutes.
- Communicate product code activation and deactivation updates to stores on a regular basis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
