Key Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- Professional Qualification: Fully or partly qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or SL Chartered Accountancy.
- Experience: More than 2 years of experience heading a Finance Division or similar senior accounting role, with proven expertise in:
- Finalizing monthly accounts.
- Managing cash flow.
- Budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient IT literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Language Skills: Good command of both Sinhala and English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Proven good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team added advantage.
- Prior work experience within the Real Estate field will be a significant advantage.
