Budget Hire Officer | Jaffna Branch
The Budget Hire Officer will manage daily operations of the Budget Hire vehicle rental service in Jaffna. Responsibilities include vehicle handovers, fuel management, maintenance, customer service, and promoting CF Budget Hire and CF Whizz to increase vehicle usage.
Responsibilities:
- Promote CF Budget Hire and CF Whizz Product to increase vehicle usage.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage Compliance related documentation.
- Ensure vehicles meet regulatory requirements and are ready for hire.
- Oversee vehicle handovers and returns, ensuring with efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling as needed.
- Coordinate accident repairs and routine maintenance.
- Work with fleet management team (city office/Dematagoda/Kandy)and staff for vehicle maintenance, insurance, and licensing.
- Handle legal matters related to the Budget Hire operation and resolve issues as needed. (Jaffna)
Elegible Ctriteria:
- Passed GCE O/L or A/L with sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and Vehicle Operations.
- Valid driving license with strong driving skills.
- Ability to convince customers and promote products effectively.
- Customer evaluation skills at the point of release and return.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and maintenance.
- Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
