Admissions Coordinator | Colombo
Are you passionate about education and helping students shape their futures? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team in Colombo and drive student enrollments across Sri Lanka.
About the Role
As our Admissions Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. You will guide them through the enrollment process, represent our programs at events, and help us grow our student community across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on available programs and admission requirements
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process from inquiry to registration
- Follow up on leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
- Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and community events across Sri Lanka
- Maintain accurate student records and enrollment data in CRM systems
- Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding
- Coordinate with school for the OSSD collaborations
- Advertise Ontario secondary school diploma in Sri Lanka.
- Build relationships with schools, educational agents, and community organizations
What We're Looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, student counselling, or sales
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an asset)
- Strong interpersonal skills — confident, warm, and persuasive
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driving license preferred
