- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes & creative fusion dishes (Sushi, Sashimi, Ramen, Teppanyaki, creative fusion appetizers.
- Maintain high food quality, presentation & hygiene standards
- Menu planning and food cost control
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
