Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience
- Manage daily sales operations and maintain attractive product displays
- Promote the boutique and its products through Instagram and TikTok
- Build lasting customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Experience in fashion and jewelry retail preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Sinhala
- Age: 18–35 years
- Candidates residing in or around Colombo preferred
- Single-operator role: Must be able to manage the boutique independently
