IT Leader | Dematagoda
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Leader to join our team in Colombo. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support LANS, WANs, network segments, Internet, and VPN
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.

- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Design and deploy networks; Maintain network servers such as file server, domain server, cisco wireless and VPN gateways.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions and updated in the ticketing system.
- Administrate servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years experience in working with Windows servers/VPN/Cisco wireless/Remote Desktop/r/Ubuntu/Office365/ Email Security Gateways.
- Experience in working with all Windows Desktop OS support and workstations in an administration level.
- Strong in Network fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, IP Addressing/Subnetting, Routing, VLAN's, IPSEC VPN etc.)
- Ability to manage the overall IT infrastructure including Hardware and Software systems.

- Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent qualification
