Sales Executive - Kadawatha / Kiribathgoda / Ragama / Mahara / Ganemulla / Gampaha / Wattala

- Salary: 50,000-150,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and new business promotions.
- Promote Life Insurance products through referrals and corporate contacts while building long-term customer relationships.
- Develop allocated team members and newly recruited staff.
- Oversee after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in Insurance or managerial experience in any industry (Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, Leasing, Finance, Banking, Education, Airline, Taxation, or others) would be an added advantage..
- Qualification in IBSL (Life Insurance) is a plus.
- Diploma in Marketing is an advantage.
- Residing in Gampaha District.
