About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead multiple sales teams, expand our agency network, and drive business growth across the assigned region. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader looking to build a successful career with AIA Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned region.
- Recruit, train, and develop Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Insurance Advisors.
- Drive recruitment and business growth to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize market opportunities.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coach and mentor sales leaders through regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Conduct sales meetings, recruitment campaigns, and training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high-quality business standards.
- Prepare regional sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for senior management.
Requirements
- Age between 30–50 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Sales, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or team management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and recruitment targets.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
