Internship - Civil Engineering

The Civil Engineering Intern will assist the engineering team in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. The role provides hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, project documentation, and compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist engineers in supervising construction activities and site operations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Support the preparation and review of technical reports, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
  • Assist with quantity measurements and material tracking.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and health and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain accurate project records and daily site reports.
  • Perform other engineering and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Profile
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • A basic understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, and technical drawings. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to work on-site and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
