Data Analyst
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop dashboards, and support data-driven initiatives across the organization.
The Job
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal and external sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling
- Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
- Provide business metrics and track performance against key KPIs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth and optimization
- Design and implement data-driven use cases and experiments
- Collaborate with business units to develop analytical solutions
- Enhance and maintain analytics systems and models
- Track performance of predictive models and recommend improvements
- Measure ROI and impact of analytics initiatives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
- Conduct consultative sessions and share insights for better decision-making
- Support cross-functional teams in executing analytics-driven projects
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of:
-SQL, Python, or R
-Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
-Statistical analysis and data modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
