Senior Lecturer / Lecturer (Full Time) - Mechatronic Engineering

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician / Demonstrator to support laboratory sessions, maintain equipment, assist students during practical work, and uphold safety standards within the department.
Educational Qualifications
- Completed a Master's / Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of Academic Experience, preferably in a Higher Education Institution or University.
- Teaching experience in Research Modules is a definite advantage.
- Teaching experience with Pearson BTEC HND and City & Guilds qualifications is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Programme Leader is an added benefit.
Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of Research Supervision.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging Lectures, Tutorials, and Practical Sessions.
- Excellent Communication snd Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to encourag a collaborative and Student-Focused Learning Culture.
- Compulsory to work on Weekends, with two Weekdays off.
