Interns - Dealer Handling and Field Sales, Value Chain

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is passionate about sales, field marketing and customer engagement.
- Enjoys meeting new people and building strong professional relationships.
- Is confident in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Is self-motivated, proactive and eager to achieve targets.
- Is willing to travel for field visits and industry events.
- Learns quickly and has a positive, can-do attitude. Has an interest in the automotive industry and digital platforms.
- Is fluent in English & Sinhala. Basic knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
What You'll Do:
- Visit vehicle dealers and automotive businesses and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and industry partners.
- Sale and promotion of new digital products and services.
- Handle inquires and assist buyers in navigating the platform and finding suitable vehicles.
- Represent the given brand professionally during dealer visits, promotional activities and events.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports on market observations, dealer feedback and field activities for the management team.
