Vin’s by Veritas is a modern BYOB restaurant focused on creating refined dishes that elevate every bottle. We are looking for passionate Commis Chefs (Levels Commis Chef I / II / III) to join our kitchen team and grow within a creative, quality-driven environment.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Following recipes and instructions from senior chefs
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during service
- Learning and developing culinary skills in a fast-paced environment
What are we looking for?
- Basic culinary training or kitchen experience (level depends on role)
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Good attitude, discipline, and attention to detail
- Understanding of basic kitchen hygiene practices
Commis Levels Guide:
- Commis 1: More experienced, able to handle a section with minimal supervision
- Commis 2: Some experience, supports section chefs and handles prep confidently
- Commis 3: Entry-level, learning role with basic kitchen responsibilities
