Manager - Kids Play Area & Carnival | Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Kids Play Area and Carnival attractions
- Ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests
- Manage staff, schedules, and team performance effectively
- Monitor rides, games, and equipment for safety and functionality
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and themed activities
- Manage budgets, inventory, and operational costs efficiently
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Drive revenue growth and achieve operational targets
What We're Looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in amusement parks, kids play, areas, carnival operations, or family entertainment centers
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
- Creative mindset with a passion for guest experience
- Ability to handle operations, budgeting, and reporting
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours
