Senior Analyst - Finance Business Partnering
Job Description
- Serve as a partner to the Sri Lanka-Commercial team, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing business performance, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews of projects and initiatives, assessing their financial viability and potential return on investment.
- Deliver comprehensive financial outputs, including monthly P&L packs, Flash reports, budget submissions, forecast decks, campaign performance analyses, profitability deep-dives, category financial models, cost-optimization insights, and leadership-ready presentations, which collectively support strategic decision-making, commercial planning, and long-term financial performance improvement
Job Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field and part qualified or following a professional qualification CIMA, CA, ACCA
- 3+ years of experience in payments processing, accounting operations, or financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial databases.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data-handling tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
