Manager / Assistant Manager - Claims
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage claims operations. The candidate will ensure efficient claims handling, customer satisfaction and optimal outcomes for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee end to end claims management process.
- Lead, Mentor and Develop the claims team to achieve performance excellence.
- Ensure timely accurate and cost- effective claims settlements.
- Liaise with insurers, clients, legal advisers and other service providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in claims handling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fully or partly qualification in ACII/ CII is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products and claims practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
