- සංවේදී කරුණු හසුරුවන විට රහස්යභාවය පවත්වා ගැනීම සහ අභිමතය පරිදි කටයුතු කිරීම.
අවශ්යතා:
- විධායක හෝ පුද්ගලික රියදුරෙකු ලෙස අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 5+ ක පළපුරුද්දක්.
- පිරිසිදු රිය පැදවීමේ වාර්තාවක් සහිත වලංගු ශ්රී ලාංකික රියදුරු බලපත්රයක්.
- මාර්ග ආරක්ෂාව, රථවාහන රෙගුලාසි සහ දේශීය මාර්ග පිළිබඳ දැඩි දැනුමක්.
- අවශ්ය විට සවස් කාලයේ හෝ සති අන්ත ඇතුළුව නම්යශීලී වේලාවන් වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
- වෘත්තීය, විශ්වාසදායක සහ විචක්ෂණශීලී.
