Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to automating business processes using cutting- edge tools. As an RPA Developer, you will work on creating, designing, and deploying automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
- Develop and deploy RPA / Workflow solution based on the client-given requirement
- Proven flair to work well with people at various levels with excellent business communication skills
- Troubleshooting from on site or off-site to ensure seamless delivery
- Should complete the assigned projects on time
Candidate Requirements
- RPA Development: 1+ year of hands-on experience including internship experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, VB Scripts Microsoft Power Automate
- Workflow Development: Experience in designing and developing workflows, with a strong preference for experience in .NET Platform (C# or VB.NET) Microsoft Power Automate
- Proficiency in Python. and Knowledge of SQL for database management and automation processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in end-to-end RPA lifecycle from process identification to deployment.
- Exposure to ERP systems and their integration with automation tools
- Experience in scripting and developing custom automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
- Keen on continuous learning and like to be a change agent
- Should possess good communication and presentation skills
