Sales & Operations Executive| Pannipitiya
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on our range of products and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet and engage with customers (online, in-store, and via phone/messaging) to understand their needs and recommend suitable desk accessories and ergonomic solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Simplist Desk products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Query Management: Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot minor issues, and provide timely, accurate responses via various channels, including WhatsApp and email.
- Order Processing: Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges, manage inventory checks, and coordinate with the delivery team for islandwide delivery.
- Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Merchandising/Display: Assist with maintaining an attractive and organized display of products.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil is a strong advantage.
- Product Interest: A genuine interest in office technology, ergonomics, and desk setups.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Attitude: Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
