ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention specialist at Acent Services in Colombo. The Retention specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through the use of interpersonal and analytical skills. The Retention specialist will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer Retention and satisfaction skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical Skills for data analysis related to customer retention
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in customer retention or a related field in finance will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English, Tamil or Hindi, and any Indian language
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
