About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stores Executive to oversee day-to-day stores operations, ensuring effective inventory management, accurate stock control, and timely material handling to support uninterrupted production. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in chemical stores or industrial raw material inventory management, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily stores and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and chemicals.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including GRNs, stock cards, ERP transactions, and issue notes.
- Ensure timely issuance of raw materials and consumables to production.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Prepare inventory reports and support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirement
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years' experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling chemicals, foam manufacturing raw materials, or industrial chemicals will be a distinct advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
