Key Responsibilities:
- Handle visa applications (student, visit, business, tourist & other categories)
- Guide clients on documentation and requirements .
- Ensure accurate and timely processing.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Sinhala; Tamil is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in visa processing or related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
