Sales & Collections Executive
ඔබට ඔබගේ වගකීම් කලාපය තුළ විකුණුම් වැඩි කිරීම සහ ගෙවීම් එකතු කිරීම දෙකම කළමනාකරණය කිරීම.
මෙම භූමිකාව මගින් ඔබට විකුණුම් වර්ධනය, පාරිභෝගික සම්බන්ධතා පවත්වා ගැනීම සහ ව්යාපාරයට මුදල් ප්රවාහය (cash flow) සුරක්ෂිත කිරීම සඳහා වැදගත් දායකත්වයක් ලබාදිය හැක.
මෙම භූමිකාවේ ඔබට සිදු වන කාර්යයන්:
- දිනපතා බේකරි, වෙළඳසැල්, සුපිරි වෙළඳසැල් සහ හෝටල් වැනි ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් හමුවීම
- ගනුදෙනු කරුවන්ගේ අවශ්යතාවයන් සහ විකුණුම් ප්රවාහය අනුව ඇණවුම් ලබා ගැනීම
- නිෂ්පාදන ප්රවර්ධනය කරමින් විකුණුම් වැඩි කිරීම.
- ඔබට හිමි කලාපය සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ආවරණය කිරීම සහ නව ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සොයා ගැනීම
- ශක්තිමත් පාරිභෝගික සම්බන්ධතා ගොඩනගා ගැනීම.
- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ගේ ණය ශේෂ පරීක්ෂා කර ප්රමාද ගෙවීම් අයකර ගැනිම.
- ගබඩා සහ බෙදාහැරීමේ කණ්ඩායම සමඟ සම්බන්ධව ඇණවුම් සැලසුම් කිරීම.
- පාරිභෝගික ගැටළු (බෙදාහැරීමේ ප්රමාද, තොග හිඟ, මිල) විසඳීම.
- දිනපතා විකුණුම්, එකතුකිරීම් සහ වෙළඳපොළ අදහස් සටහන් කිරීම.
- දිනපතා වාර්තා ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සහ පද්ධති යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම (අදාළ නම්).

- බෙදාහැරීමේ ක්ෂේත්රයේ පළපුරුද්ද (වඩා හොඳයි, නමුත් අත්යවශ්ය නොවේ)
- මෝටර්සයිකල් බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අමතර වාසියක්

Sales & Collections Executive
You will manage both sales growth and payment collection within your area of responsibility.
This role will allow you to make a significant contribution to sales growth, customer relationships and securing cash flow for the business.
Your tasks in this role will include:
- Meeting customers such as bakeries, stores, supermarkets and hotels on a daily basis
- Acquiring orders according to customer needs and sales flow
- Increasing sales by promoting products.
- Covering your territory fully and finding new customers
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Checking customer credit balances and recovering late payments.
- Planning orders in collaboration with the warehouse and distribution team.
- Resolving customer issues (delivery delays, stock shortages, pricing).
- Recording daily sales, collections and market comments.
- Preparing daily reports and updating systems (if applicable).
About You
What you need to be eligible for this position:
- Attendance at O/L and A/L
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer management
- Basic understanding of payments and credit management
- Reliable and responsible
- Ability to plan daily tasks and manage the region efficiently
- Experience in the field of distribution (preferred, but not essential)
- Having a motorcycle license is an added advantage
