AGC is Hiring – Lead Coordinator (Full-Time | Jaffna)
We are a fast-growing Student Visa Consultants helping students achieve their international education goals. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven individual to manage and coordinate student leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Actively call and follow up on all assigned leads
- Qualify student requirements and assess readiness
- Assign qualified leads to the relevant counselors
- Track and manage leads efficiently
- Complete daily tasks and follow-ups within deadlines
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tamil & English
- Experience in call centres / sales / lead handling preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Highly task-oriented with good time management
- Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
