Showroom Manager | Mahiyanganaya / Wennappuwa / Kesbawa / Balangoda / Minuwangoda
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the showroom's overall performance; set sales targets, in-store merchandising, market development activities, and customer services.
- Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
- Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times.
Requirements
- Passed G.C.E AL (all three subjects)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Management or Professional Qualification in SLIM / CIM or Marketing -related qualification from a reputed Institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the same industry or in related industries such as Hardware
- A dynamic and results - oriented individual.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen
- Below 45 years of age.
