We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Development Manager to lead and enhance our human resource development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that support organizational growth and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit laborers, technicians, and other staff as required.
- Travel to meet with recruitment agencies and other hiring sources.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified technicians and laborers.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and candidates.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR development with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR development, training, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies.
