Raw Material Supervisor - Male | Horana
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Male Raw Material Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at our Horana BOI Zone Factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.
- Coordinate material availability with Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage practices and minimize material losses.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, 5S, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Male applicants only.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in raw material, warehouse, or inventory supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Computer literacy (MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work on Saturdays.
- Applicants residing in or near Horana will have a distinct advantage.
