Union Assurance is seeking motivated professionals to join its Agency Distribution team as Sales Managers and Assistant Sales Managers. The role focuses on financial planning, life insurance sales, customer relationship management, and team development while achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for life insurance and wealth planning solutions.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors (Agency Manager role).
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the agency team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, finance, insurance, or customer service is an advantage.
