Accounting & Financial Operations
- Invoicing, payments, cash handling & banking
- Daily reconciliations & expense tracking
- Support sales, service & spare parts operations
- Monitor collections, expenses & balances
- Maintain accurate financial records
Reporting, Compliance & Operational Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Coordinate with HO Finance, Sales, Service & Spare Parts
- Support inventory reconciliations & audits
- Ensure compliance, documentation & operational discipline
- 2-5 Years Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Automotive / 3S Dealership Experience Preferred
- Accounting Software/DMS Knowledge
