We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented legal professional to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate/legal practice
- Strong knowledge of labor law, contracts, litigation, and corporate legal matters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage legal documentation efficiently
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle company legal affairs and court-related matters
- Draft, review, and manage agreements and legal documents
- Provide legal guidance and support to management
- Liaise with external legal authorities and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
