R&D Manager - Food Science | Wennappuwa
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. Master's Degree Preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food product development, formulation, and food processing techniques
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in research, product innovation, and quality improvement.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and SLS
- Hands-on experience in laboratory trials, product testing, and documentation
- Ability to analyze data, conduct product trials, and solve technical or formulation problems
- Experience in food product research, development, and process improvement
