Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Intern Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection- shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews and preparing relevant documents and welcome notes
- Analyze employee details and prepare reports relating to HR activities
- Employee engagement and welfare activities employee engagement & welfare activities.
- Follow-up on HR & Admin related payments
- Supporting to organize various
- Prepare appointment & service letters of trainees and follow up on their matters
- Assist to follow up on company insurance process and claim process
- Providing administrative support such as documentation etc.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor degree from a recognized university in the field of Human Resources/ Business Administration.
- Professional qualification from a recognized institute is a definite advantage
- Excellent command in English
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong results orientation
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic documentation
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
