Qualification Required
- Processing reservations
- Maintaining accurate records of all reservations and customer information.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure the seamless coordination of reservations.
- Keeping up to date with industry changes and updates to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Qualification Required
- Minimum O/L Pass marks
- Diploma in travel and tourism will be an advantage or 2 years' experience in the industry.
- Experience in MS Office
