Digital Media Specialist | Wennappuwa
A member of ECCMA’s Marketing Team, with responsibility for website management and social media. Part of an international team with US, Europe, India, and Sri Lanka bases.
Reporting to:
- Probationary period: 3 months, successful completion of which will result in the position being made permanent
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the effectiveness of the organization’s website and social media activity to reach and engage visitors and social media users
- To monitor and report on the organization’s website and social media activity
- To recommend action to continually improve website searchability, search ranking, visitor experience, visitor journey, and levels of engagement with the site and the organization.
