- වෘත්තීය පුහුණු සහතිකය NVQ-4/ cGTTl/ ATl/ TTl/ NCT හෝ වෙනත් පිළිගත් NVQ 4 හා සමාන වූ විදුලි ඉංජිනේරු විද්යාව පිළිබඳ සුදුසුකම් අනිවාර්ය වේ.
- විදුලි කාර්මික ශිල්පියෙකු ලෙස අවම වසර 2ක පළපුරුද්ද තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
- ගොඩනැගිලි නඩත්තු කිර්ම ක්ෂේත්රයේ හෝ නිෂ්පාදන ක්ෂේත්රයේ පළපුරුද්ද අමතර වාසියක් වනු ලැබේ.

Electrical Technicians
- Vocational Training Certificate NVQ-4/ cGTTl/ ATl/ TTl/ NCT or other recognized NVQ 4 equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician is mandatory.
- Experience in the building maintenance or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
